actually be interested in wahts going on here , The long of the short of it is that life has fallen into a bit of a routine , The day involved waking up at 630m going to wait for the bus at the end of the street , having breakfast , starting language classes at 8 , and finishing around 6 , Then , its off to home , maybe to the market before then , I usually fall asleep around 11 , after watching brawilian soap operas on the senegalese national channel and playing cards with my brothers in the family , Bathing involves using a bucket full of water and another bucket to pour it on myself , Surprisingly , of everything thats different here , its the basic conditions of life that arent that difficult to adapt to , Its hot as balls , but not unbearably so , I spent much of the day outdoors , and my family uses the space between the two sectoins of their house as a makeshift living room where they eat , watch tv , and hang out , Besides sleeping , I spend maybe twenty minutes indoors as my house ,
On a side note , yesterday was the first day that people packed up and headed back to the states , Two of the ag agfo people left after spending the week on site somewhere in the country , Being a business development volunteer meant that i had a very very different experience , so i cant really say what they saw or motivated them to leae ,
Also something else of note , The main topics of conversation among volunteers are food , sex , and gastrointestinal problems , so if you love talking about those things , peace corps is for you ,
